Alright where do I start, I waited to order for about 5 minutes and no acknowledgement from staff. Not even a "be with you in a moment." After I got my drink I went to sit and the chairs and tables in the seating area was so cramped. I measured about 10" on asile to get through. What a disappointment.
there is one person working here Hire more people Please 😊 this is not fair to your singular employee other than that the coffee is really good, the singular person is working quite hard and doing a good job. This is a review on management and not the employee. (I should have to put a plural "S" there, but I can't) Edit: bumped to 3 stars as a second employee has appeared. I am a fair judge.
asked for a strawberry iced matcha i thought it was common sense that its a matcha drink with strawberry flavour but i got this weird strawberry milk with matcha foam with no taste of matcha whatsoever. asked for a remake or a refund but they just told me to pay for a new drink instead. Also the tables are dirty.
