UPDATE (4 Stars): I’ve been a big fan of this location for a while, but it had been some time since my last visit. They’ve recently renovated the decor and added a Quesada inside the space. Personally, I miss the old layout—the previous setup felt much cozier and better suited for relaxing or working. On the bright side, the staff are still as friendly and welcoming as always! Second Cup is a nice place to relax, enjoy a coffee, or get some work done. I really like the atmosphere and the comfortable seating—it's a welcoming space to spend some time. The coffee and snacks are consistently good. While the service isn't always exceptional, the overall experience and cozy environment keep me coming back. If you're looking for a comfortable café to unwind or meet with friends, this is a great choice.
I ordered an iced coconut latté and honestly… it was awful. The coffee was so strong it completely overpowered everything, and there wasn’t even a hint of coconut. I was expecting something made with coconut milk, especially based on the menu photo—but what I got looked nothing like it. On top of that, the drive-thru experience didn’t help.
