We came to buy some drinks, and there was a full sized cockroach in my latte, I complained but because the tea was half drank (drinked?) , they refused to replace or refund it!!!!
It is incredibly disappointing to bite into a croissant expecting that light, buttery crunch, only to get something dry and stale from the day before.
They are just not too into it.
The hot latte preparation needs to be reviewed, it tastes like everything but a hot latte. For tge price paid it must be way much better
