Croissant wasn't fresh, causing upset stomach. Cappuccino okay though. Overpriced overall.
The owner takes the tips. I asked the owner and he said 50% of the tip is mine as my business is costly. For this reason, I did not tip.
Brutal customer service
If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been a regular customer at this Second Cup, always buying coffee while I sit and work. But today was an awful experience. I had just sat down with my employee—barely five minutes in—when the owner came over, nodding his head in disapproval and rudely telling me I couldn’t sit there without buying coffee first. Terrible coffee. Stingy, rude owner. Ordered an iced coffee, he put like 3 ice cubes in it, when I asked for more ice he said we charge extra for it 😂 Mind you, I had already paid $18 bucks for the drinks and now he's willing to charge me more for ice 🤦🏻♂️ stingy owners please learn customer service.
