Just letting you guys know there was floss or something in the oatmeal cookie.
As other reviews have mentioned, the customer service at this location is not good at all. I went there on Friday and there were three girls behind the counter. Two of them were talking to each other and laughing, while the third was taking orders and preparing them. No one bothered to greet me or even acknowledge me by saying they would be with me shortly. The old guy (who i usually see when they open) was incredibly rude. I understand it’s early, but a simple greeting or basic courtesy would go a long way. Unfortunately, there was no greeting, no friendliness, and the attitude came across as unnecessarily rude and obnoxious. Customer service should include treating people with basic respect.
Very bad customer service
They are so angry.
