Both me and my co-worker work in the mall, and both of us within 24hrs have been severely disappointed by this location. We both order cold brews on two separate days, and the drinks we got we honestly so disgusting. Barely any creamer in them, and my co-worker watched the barista pour more coffee than creamer to top off the cup. Very bitter and gross. And the baristas aren't very welcoming at all. I rarely write reviews, but I’ve stopped in here a few times for a coffee while at Bayshore and one thing keeps standing out: none of the food items in the display case have prices. Sandwiches, muffins, cookies, squares—nothing is labelled. You only find out the cost at the cash. Coffee prices are posted on the wall, but when a muffin or square ends up costing nearly double or triple the coffee, the lack of transparency becomes pretty clear.
