Second Cup is a great place to go to get some work done or sit down for a conversation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Its a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
My first time at a Second Cup. The staff were really lovely. However, I think they need to look up what ‘cappuccino’ means, because what I got is not a cappuccino. It tasted awful as if it were made with drip coffee and not espresso. I think this will be my last time at a second cup.
The baristas were very kind, quick and knowledgeable about their customers. They take their time to ask you what you like if you ask for recommendations and asking allergies and all with a smile on their face. I asked them to surprise me with a drink of their choice as long as it had no protein powder in it an it contains coffee. Told them it could be hot or cold but I like sweet things.
