Great coffee served by very friendly staff
My family and I were enjoying our drinks and snacks we purchased from the store when one of the baristas, Cassidy, approached me. She told me I had "taken another customer’s order," but in reality, my son had ordered Frochos. We had actually ordered TWO drinks, but they only charged us for ONE. I would have been completely fine if this had been explained politely, but instead, I felt accused of taking someone else’s order, even though the mistake was on their end. Service was terrible. I have dietary restrictions with sugar, I asked the barista if there was a sugar free drink without caffeine. I was just told No. I asked about their seasonally brewed tea, the same barista, very rudely, said it’s made with English breakfast tea. Then walked away. Bathrooms were clean. Service and options are terrible.
