The staff I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by today were phenomenal. I have severe intolerances/allergies; I cannot have gluten, dairy, or egg. Going to any coffee shop is usually a struggle for me; there could be dairy in a syrup, or gluten in a topping, so I always have to ask to have bottles and such checked to ensure there’s no issues for me. It's good enough, I usually go through drive through. Have had some iffy experiences - never particularly friendly but never fully rude either. For me it rates similar to a Tims, but at Starbucks prices.
