Paid 6$ for a coffee that tastes like garbage, asked for a latte with oat milk, gave me almond milk, drove back only to reuse the same cup that had the almond milk and I can taste it in the coffee, just poor customer service and overall terrible coffee. Never once in my life have a ever went back to remake a coffee… yikes.
Short: go elsewhere. I used to love this place. Haven’t been in a long while and it’s no longer a nice spot imo. The barista was rude when I asked if they had organic milk. She responded „I don’t know what that is.“ in an impatient way. I was the only one in line. I was friendly. Idk. The other unhappy moment was the barista guy who made my London Fog, he let the entire tea bag’s string and label sit in the drink. Both unprofessional moments. Much better place for coffee, tea or other beverages - cold or hot - as a famous American coffee chain. Buy Canadian, support local! Oh, and try the huge food selection!
