Second Cup Owner, My partner has allergies and your attitude was uncalled for. If your serving a matcha mix and not just a matcha powder, be ready for people to ask what the ingredients are for their safety. Telling her you don't know the ingredients then aggressively pushing the container to her like you were the busiest person in the world is beyond me. I can see why you only had 4 customers in store and zero people in your line up. Do better. Kind regards, your no longer customers
We went in today at 2pm Sunday July 20th, the 2 girls working were rude and very slow. They seemed to be out of a lot of menu items as well. The lemon loaf was very dry but the brownie was delicious though
Gf, and 17 year NH employee just came home in floods of tears. Just wanted to treat us after a long hard day. Dropped almost $14 on 2 iced coffee drinks, only to get all the way home and find out the was zero coffee inside. I drove all the way back, for staff to advise they have told management already. Refunded us, did not make any replacements. All and all, wasted my GF time, effort, my gas, my time. All to simply be left out of pocket (time & energy) and yet again, another local business leaves us regretting our support. ... read more
