The espresso frappe was very good. First of all, it looked gorgeous, and secondly, it had a nice thick texture and it didn’t come out watery or melt right away. It held its consistency well and felt like it was made with care. The flavour was solid too. The espresso tasted smooth and balanced, not burnt or overly bitter. This is my favourite coffee stop! The service is always amazing!
For a national chain, the disconnect between online branding and in-store execution is staggering. Every frappe advertised — including on the local Prince George Instagram — shows dome lids, whipped cream, and caramel drizzle lining the cup and lid. What we were served looked nothing like that.
