Amazing customer service, hands down the best hot chocolate I ever had! The atmosphere is also perfect for working or studying and it's quiet and cozy.
First time buying their chicken wrap, and it was really hard to eat. Not to be dramatic, but it felt like I was eating a rock. I tried to talk to them politely, but the staff were rude. She even bluntly said, “I don’t know, what do you want me to do?”. She didn’t even try to solve the issue.
