Great place for my coffee fix, recently started visiting this location as it’s a staple of my weekend evenings now. However, it does seem the workers are over worked and every time I go in there is only 1 employee when clearly there should be at least 2 given the demand.
This review is for a specific Second Cup location that seems to struggle with managing its popularity. While the spot itself is bustling and clearly a neighborhood favorite, the quality of the product and the level of service have been consistently disappointing compared to other Second Cup shops I frequent.
