My husband ordered their pumpkin muffin and iced pumpkin spice latte yesterday at around 3pm. By 5pm, when we’re about to go home, he said he’s not feeling well and he vomited in his office restroom. I asked what he ate and he said he only ordered from Second Cup Coffee. Today, he has a fever. I do not know what’s in the food he ordered from this store, but it’s probably contaminated with something as he’s clearly suffering from food poisoning.
The scones are really bad, they were stale, tasted really bad and texture was nothing like a scone.
The best Second Cup in Calgary! I’ve tried several branches and this is by far the best second cup branch (especially their Iced Caramel Corretto)! Connected to the +15 at Fifth Avenue Place. They really make sure that the coffee is perfectly to your liking. The other second cup branches need to get training from them so that they can all be as good. Shoutout to Atsede & Shellina for always taking good care of the customers and their coffee :)
Just ordered two medium coffees both with two cream from an east indian girl. Got to work to find they both had one milk.
Today, I experienced an issue with the staff attendant, who provided only three-quarters of an item, seemingly assuming it would go unnoticed. When I returned to address the concern, the item was replaced without any inspection, which suggests awareness of the mistake. I am concerned about being charged full price for an incomplete item, especially since the store was not busy at the time. Unethical much?
