The server didn’t check the mobile order 15 minutes after it was placed. When it was brought to their attention, they were rude to respond.
Very good and also some healthy options with coffees, hot chocolates and food choices. Very nice stuff and friendly service. Also proudly Canadian.....
Consistently prioritizes in store customers over mobile orders. I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order, and customers continued to come in after me who were served first. Zero urgency from the staff to prepare my drink, nor did anyone say a single word to me in the 10 minutes I stood beside the mobile order pickup table.
