I don't normally complain about service that seems tired, but this felt more personal. A simple order for coffee was met with what felt like disgust. Next time I'll go elsewhere. Even before i could finish saying thank you at the end, she turned away with an intent that was clear in her body language. Tuesday at around 2:30 Mar 24, 2026.
My husband and I ordered a wrap, coffee, cookie and a blueberry scone. The coffee it was way to strong and sour, the blueberry scone everything fell apart, it ended up like bread crumbs, the wrap it was more tortilla shell than chicken, which is what it was supposed to be filled with.
This is the worst second cup I have ever been to… the Filipino lady is so rude and takes out her anger with everything at customers. And the drinks suck
Very disappointing experience. The coffee was cold and the croissant was undercooked and doughy in the middle. Service was slow and inattentive, and no one seemed concerned when the issue was pointed out. I expected much better quality and customer care from this location.
