I got 3 drinks nd I had enough points to redeem my drinks but the guy here said i can only redeem one drink on my points. That’s not how it works… i also work at second cup nd i know how it works.. stop making people fool..
No care or attention to espresso beverages. Produced in a factory and milk was scalding hot. Brewed coffee tasted like hot water. Will not return
they girl at the counter said the kids hot chocolate would be not be hot, due to complaints, because she wanted me to pay $5.00 for a chocolate. It literally tasted like milk. Wasted my money
Worst location in the city no customer service skills. Try the coffee at the little bakery around the corner instead.
I would like to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at your Second Cup CrossIron location on October 18, around 7:00–7:30 PM. I ordered two medium Nutty Pumpkin Frochos with one shot of espresso each and wanted to redeem them using my points, as I had enough balance on my account.
