Very friendly staff So happy they had a Gluten dairy egg free chocolate biscotti Rare treat for this gal!! Drinks were good but not excellent
Worst coffee ever. I ordered an iced latte, and it tastes burnt
Worst coffee shop I have ever been. The elder staff is rude and inpatient. The POS machine can’t read my card, but the elder staff blamed on me for wasting other customers’ time. Never go back again.
I had a disappointing experience at this Second Cup location. The staff member (an older lady) was extremely rude and made false claims about what she could or couldn’t do, which was frustrating as a customer. Customer service should be about helping and accommodating, not making unnecessary allegations. I hope management takes steps to improve the service here.
