We went to order a caramel latte cold the 2 girls made me hot one and charged me again to fix their error !!! We paid over 40$ to get what we wanted !! Plus the girl was super rude she told me the ice cap from Tim’s it’s a shitty name it’s not supposed to be name like that, plus our drink we’re not even good !!! Never going back there again.
If you want good service, and employees who are treated properly and paid well. Please consider coming to this location instead of the one of Roberval in the town of st Bruno, even if it’s a small detour you will get much better service here! And all of the employees are extremely nice
I ordered via the app and the only person working didn’t notice the order. I had to inform her of my order. She quickly reacted and started preparing my order before taking new ones. She did everything with a smile. She was doing her best being alone and handling the line up of clients.
Accueil pas très cordial. Argumenté sur le pourboire calculé sur la taxe.
