We ve been to second cup and one of the staff members, Simran, was so amazing and kind. She really made our day by her friendly nature and serving the best cup of coffee, thanks Simran! :)
The vanilla bean frap was awesome!! Great place!
Horrible. Ordered a flat white and a cookie, then stood back and watched the employee (definitely no barista) pull a bag of frozen cookies out of the freeze and place one into a bag before handing it to me. I then watched the Flat White that I ordered being made using coffee from a drip coffee dispenser and (what tastes like) powdered milk. Now I understand why there was no lineup at 10am in July...
Best or one of the best coffees in Banff, delicious food. Prices are decent. Very clean space.
Was here at 3pm. Waited for 10 minutes and no staff came. A line formed of 5 people and still no staff. Left for coffee somewhere else.
