My sandwich was stale. When I complained I was asked if I wanted it warmed up. That was their solution? How about a fresh sandwich? The caramel correto is great but it's often a hassle understanding them. The toilet hasn't been cleaned in weeks and was really dirty. Around the taps and the base of the toilet is disgusting. Makes you wonder about behind the counter. It was my favorite place but the stale sandwich was the last straw.

This was my first visit to this coffee shop. The employees look disheveled and unclean. One wearing dirty sweat pants and a hoodie. One came from the bathroom area, took our order and then rinsed their hands without soap, prior to preparing our drinks. The same employee then passed us said drinks by covering the mouthpiece of the cups with their bare hands.
