I would give 0 stars if I could. The service was brusk, I didn't get what I asked for, which was a bagel with turkey. I revieved a sandwich with turkey and bacon, and that's it! No condiments, dry, terrible. It was over $10. The bacon was undercooked. I took one bite and threw it away. Never again will I go to a second cup. Haven't been to one in years and now I remember why.

Café frappé à moitié rempli, avec de très gros glaçons, donc peu agréable à boire. Le service était également décevant : la personne qui nous servait semblait davantage préoccupée par son téléphone que par son travail. Les toilettes étaient insalubres et très dégoûtantes. Plus généralement, l’ensemble du café était dans une condition déplorable. Je vous recommande vivement de revoir vos standards, autant pour la propreté que pour la qualité du service. Très décevant.

Service nul! Beaucoup de jeunes cherchent du boulot ... alors remplacez donc cette barista froide, pas souriante et qui déteste clairement sa job. Je parle de la blonde avec des ongles trop long et décorés et quelques tâches de rousseurs. Zéro sourires, pas sympa, pas de bonjour.... Sinon l'autre employée semblait correcte et le café était bon.
