Rude, dismissive manager no accountability My $250 jacket was damaged by a sharp, broken edge on a marble table at second cup cafe in Toronto Premium Outlets. When I reported it, the manager was sarcastic, dismissive, and verbally aggressive, even suggesting that my jacket wasn’t worth much because it was already worn. His solution? A $20 repair kit to patch the damage. Absolutely unacceptable. There’s no customer service or care number to escalate the issue. Be careful and expect zero support if something goes wrong.
Coffee ☕️ is well overpriced, so is there deserts. Walked in a few days ago,bought a small coffee . They charged $2.90 cents for a small coffee. And still have the nerve to put a tip jar in front of me. All these coffee chains have a tip jar ,thats annoying .no tip from me .it's not a restaurant. For hardly any work . They are already making 20 an hour. Not coming back. You wonder why people are broke.
The white lady so rude
This place is beautiful and the workers are amazing. I would a thousand percent come again.
