Thank you to the staff who replaced my smoothie (it was almond date but it was rancid) and kindly made me a new strawberry banana one!
I had the worst matcha latte I’ve ever tasted here. It was clearly made with low-quality powder mixed with syrup — no authentic matcha flavor, just gritty clumps that wouldn’t dissolve. The staff were also quite indifferent. While I was waiting to order, they were talking about a homeless person in the store but didn’t greet me or explain what was going on. The whole experience felt unprofessional and unpleasant, and the drink left a sour aftertaste.
The match drink tasted like water poor quality.
