service most of the time is good, however the asian girl is very rude, I have had two interactions with her and she was very rude.

Around 2pm I came here to buy 2 apple juice and a croissant. I shouldn't of had to check the expiration date of the food I'm buying from a company like second cup. My croissant was hard and stale my drinks were expired and i didn't even get my receipt from the cashier it shouldn't be "on demand" law is give it to every customer unless they refuse.
I can't remember one time going there and not be thinking that the service is horrible. It looks painful for them to work there. I discovered Cafe 92 just a few blocks away, much better!
