The drinks are terribly overpriced, but moreso the customer service is horrible. Came by a couple weeks ago and I waited at the cash for 7 minutes while the barista was on her phone. I was waiting for her to look up, but eventually had to say excuse me. Then it took 10 minutes for her to make it. Mind you I'm the only one waiting for a drink. The coffee was also not good and was only lukewarm. I don't know if the barista was training but not a good experience
