Sept 13, Ordered a latte and muffin. Experience was scary, she frothed the milk without attending to it. (Thats bad because it can burn the milk and/or customer) After that she left the wand uncleaned after use ( it should be standard to clean it after each use, will just collect burnt milk on it) Left all the milk pitchers uncleaned. (Even in a busy cafe and it wasnt. cleaning standards should be there, clean as you go)
Typical Second Cup, however the bathroom is very dirty and the leather seats in the back are all torn and need to be replaced.
Stepped for a coffee and fresh pastry - what a disappointment! I got a 3-day old blueberry scone that was sold to to as fresh! Really? If you wrap your scones in plastic, it doesn't mean they can be sold as fresh for three (or more?) days!
We've been customers for years. Always good coffee and friendly service.
