I had a really disappointing experience at Second Cup recently. One of the employees was cleaning the bathroom and then went straight to prepare my frozen hot chocolate—without using any soap, just a quick rinse with water. That’s a serious hygiene concern, especially in a food service setting. As soon as we saw this, we decided to throw out both drinks. It’s unfortunate, because we were really looking forward to them.
