I really love this place and I always come here, but lately has been so hot here. It’s become really hot inside, and at times it’s hard to even breathe comfortably. I hope it gets fixed soon because I usually enjoy spending time here.
The service is good, but the air conditioner is not working and it’s hot as hell inside. Their management is not doing a good job, although the associates are really nice and helpful.
Amazing spot with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. I would have given it 5 stars if there had been air conditioning. The only issue is the lack of air conditioning, especially during the summer months. It gets extremely hot inside and can be uncomfortable to sit there for any length of time. Management, please fix the air conditioning as soon as possible. It would make a huge difference to the overall customer experience.
Stumbled into Second Cup last Saturday afternoon after wandering around Calgary for a few hours, and honestly it was exactly the kind of low-key spot I needed. The space had this really comfortable, unhurried vibe that felt welcoming without being try-hard, perfect for settling in with a latte and my laptop. Pick any other location. The last six times I’ve come here they have messed up my order in one way or another. These aren’t hard orders either for example I asked for no whip cream on a hot chocolate instead they gave me extra. Today I ordered a strawberry matcha with less strawberry and less ice guess what they did the exact opposite. The lady also proceeded to hand me the cup with liquid dripping down it I had to ask for a napkin.
