The service is absolutely terrible. Personnel comes and goes. The till or scanner doesn’t work when points comes. Today 6/05/26 I went there for chai late and a Spanish speaker guy very unpleasant did want to listen my request the two machines doesn’t work. I had like 1000 points it says it doesn’t work just for a brew. I believe I had a bit more but now I cannot see became zero. I will escalate to the customer service is something with this location. Great coffee shop with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The coffee is rich, smooth, and clearly made with high-quality beans. The baristas are friendly and take the time to prepare drinks perfectly. I’ve become a regular here that comes at least once or twice a week. Though I fail to have her name, the full time morning barista here is always so sweet, even memorizing my usual order. ♥️
They just asked me to leave at 4:55 to close early. they are open until 6 and I had just bought a drink. WHY NOT TELL ME BEFORE I PAID YOU WERE CLOSING EARLY
