Girl bye. Why would you sell someone a stale bagel that was sooooo hard that it made her gums bleed? 😭😭😭 Don't go here, they didn't refund her and just gave her attitude over what could've been a quick fix?
They will serve you food that is so stale it will cut your gums, and when you're finally on break a few hours later to finally go request a refund, they will tell you "the system doesn't allow refunds" - This is a lie. The manager hung up the phone on me when I called her after contacting her employee on duty and she told me that she will not refund me. I wish I could give zero stars. I walked into Caffeine Chaos Café, sat down… literally one second, and BOOM—they escorted me out like I’d brought a live tiger into the espresso machine. I didn’t even get a chance to order a latte! The décor is… well, imagine Salvador Dalí designed a coffee shop during an earthquake. There’s a chandelier made of used coffee filters, chairs that look like giant croissants, and a barista who stared at me like I’d just insulted their grandmother. The audacity! It was all a normal experience at first and then out of the blue one of the baristas kicked me out, citing that the reason was my skin colour?? Do not recommend
The times online aren't accurate. Drove over myiple times in the morning including today but the store was still closed at 7:30am . Inconvenient for anyone wanting to get a coffee before working in downtown. Thankfully multiple coffee shops ( Analog , Starbucks etc ) are right down the street and open early
