Not only do they have the products that are advertised unavailable, they outright Discriminate against those who only have cash. Absolutely disgusting predatory businesses like these who deny people with credit issues the fundamental right to obtain food - especially while stuck waiting in a hospital. Unacceptable.
Service is hit and miss, staff often unfriendly and seem rushed. Service is fast and efficient but at the cost of seeming cold. Listed sandwiches are sometimes available and sometimes not. My biggest issue is that tables in the sitting area are absolutely never clean. Would take a staff member about 2 minutes to quickly go around once an hour and wipe tables. Way better options than Starbucks for food and freshness- when everything in stock.
My black coffee was terrible :(. This had no taste
Frustrating experience, I don't like leaving bad reviews but I definitely recommend popping over to Starbucks instead. I feel bad for the one staff person who was on as she was clearly overly busy, but I asked if they had brewed iced tea (it says seasonal on the menu so I thought I'd ask), she says yes and then gives me iced coffee...I then wait to get her attention again and tell her I had ordered iced tea...then she gives me hot tea...the line is quite long now and she's the only staff there so I decide to just leave it be... read more
