Made my first visit here today and I can't say I'm impressed. While the food was pretty good, the service was not. I waited at the register for the cashier to come and take my order for about 7 minutes. I tried saying "excuse me" several times to get her attention and on my last attempt before turning around and leaving finally got her attention. When she did come over and take my order she mumbled a lot, was difficult to understand and just seemed overall inconvenienced that she had to assist me.

Second Cup flavored coffee is just the best. It is never busy here, so the coffee is always stale. However, every time I have ever asked, they made me fresh stuff. I appreciate that! Their coffee is a buck more than tim's.

I really like this café and usually enjoy their coffee, but lately my experience has been quite disappointing. I often place my order through the app, yet almost every time I arrive, the staff only start making my drink after I get there. It’s happened a few times now, and it honestly makes ordering ahead feel pointless. Some of the younger staff seem a bit distracted — even when I’m the only customer, my drink still isn’t ready. Had a very nice experience! The food was amazing, and a special shoutout to Japneet for making a delicious pita. Friendly service and great quality — will definitely visit again!
