The staff never scan my points and always say the system isn’t working. They also don’t seem to know how to use the app or redeem reward points. Communication is another issue. Many of the staff have difficulty communicating in English, which makes it very hard to explain or confirm my order. Overall, the experience is frustrating and needs improvement.
