The coffee was cold.
OMG Absolute disappointment from start to finish. The customer service from Imad was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional—it ruined the entire experience right at the counter. On top of that, the food was completely stale, cold, and unappetizing, far below basic expectations.
