Terrible lattes and coffee, don't waste your money in this excuse of a cafe that overprices everything!!! I ordered a coffee and it had coffee grounds at the bottom, and a latte for my daughter but she was so horrified after seeing their lack of hygiene, she didn't even drink it ... they don't clean their steaming wand, it had milk crust all over it. So disgusting!
Got an iced caramel latte with cold foam and they accommodated my request to have the cold foam be unflavoured and unsweetened. My drink was made quickly. Also like that they have Red Bulls. Hard to find those at the airport.
I had an amazing experience at Second Cup during a hectic airport rush! The two guys working behind the counter absolutely crushed it. Even with the long line and nonstop orders, they stayed calm, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They handled the pressure like pros, kept things moving quickly, and still made sure every customer felt taken care of. My order was perfect and ready in no time. Extremely awful!!!! I passed by few days ago wen I was going on a trip and asked for the easiest drink in the world a matcha….. a guy without uniform made my drink and it was the worst matcha I’ve ever seen…. Idk if he didn’t care enough to mix it properly but you could see the clumps of powder on top of the ice…. I sent my companion to tell the guy that I didn’t wanted the drink anymore because it was disgusting and OMG you should have seen the look that he gave to my partner!!!!
