Excellent, engaging class. I've had to get re-certified many times over the years as my certification has expired and I always learn something new and feel more equipped if I ever have to use this information. And LOVE that I can do some of it online so the in-person portion is only 2 hours and not all day. Plus the trainer is a firefighter/paramedic. Because he regularly practices what he trains, I know it's current, reliable information that works in real world situations.
