He did an inspection on my Vespa my 1962 Vespa with a sidecar and also replaced the wiring harness - top notch experience!!

Second Chance Scooters is the best Vespa and Lambretta repair shop around. He does AMAZING work on my vintage Vespas. Great guy to work with, very reasonable, knowledgeable, and is more than happy to explain his work in terms I understand. You won't find anyone better. Joe is truly THE BEST!!!
