Apparently if they don’t answer their phone you are penalized for not calling when you arrive. When you get an answer you are told to wait for your ride which never arrives and then again no answer when you call. You get a room and call just to get left while gathering your things. Apparently that’s all it takes to get you denied entry when you were accepted earlier. Sounds like who should have been manning the phone dropped the ball and covered their tails.
