Extremely disappointed this house is in our neighborhood. The "residents" sit in their cars all hours of the day and night playing loud music, disrespecting the family neighborhood atmosphere it should be and used to be. They park in front of other houses when there is plenty of parking in front of the house they are staying in. Isn't this supposed to be a single family house?? Because it certainly is not!

I live nearby this property and have questioned the activities that take place there. I knew the previous two tenants over the years and recently found out a company took over the property. Our neighborhood does not enforce an active HOA, so certain things can take place without neighboring consent. When I found out that this was a business, I was skeptical. I live near this property and unfortunately the experience as a neighbor has not been good. There are frequent issues with overflowing trash, a large number of vehicles parked on the street and in front of other homes, and the yard is not maintained. Items are often left outside for weeks, giving the property a neglected appearance. The owner has also refused to share in basic fence repair costs with adjoining neighbors, which has added to the frustration.
