Have been going there for 9 years. The staff is friendly. The equipment is vast and everything you'll need for a great workout. And the cost is very reasonable.
I'm 16 years old and most gyms are hard to go to because of my age. I don't feel like I fit in but second chance fitness made me feel like I could fit in. By far the best gym I have ever belonged to and I've been doing this for 27 years. Top of the line equipment and a really great staff. The hours are good also. The owners make you feel like part of their family which is very rare these days.
