This place was amazing. The women were so helpful. They were able to fix the clicking noise my bike made in 2 minutes! I will definitely go back when I’m searching for a second hand bike. Thank you!
I’d been searching for the right bike for 7 months and ended up with two that didn’t quite work. I reached out to Sylvie at Second Chance Bikes, and she responded quickly. Instead of taking both bikes as donations, she suggested a simple, inexpensive saddle adjustment so I could comfortably ride one of them. I left with a bike that fit and donated the other. Super honest, helpful, and kind! Highly recommend for bike shopping or repairs.
Sylvie is so knowledgeable and helped fitting me with a bicycle, helmet, and lights. Can’t say enough about the fantastic service and selection of bicycles. Go check them out!
