Second Chance Brewing Co. Lowville, NY. Almost brand new brewery. In operation one year. Two days from this writing is their one year anniversary. Owner is also the brewmaster. The staff was excellent and very friendly. They have a food truck on the weekends otherwise they serve popcorn and pretzels. Hoping to see this establishment grow and prosper.
