2nd chance is horrible. If you are looking for psychiatric services or help with mental health do not go here. They are so hard to reach (they have a mass call center with unhelpful agents who put you on hold and eventually hang up on you) and are not consistent. I was put in touch with a psychiatrist named Nicola Ciarelli. Everything seemed ok at first but as soon as I didn’t qualify for Spravato (bp was too high) they wanted nothing to do with me.
