Kim was highly offensive to me in her initial response to me. I was asking about breed restrictions up front. She simply replied they don’t accept dangerous breeds and asked what kind of dog I had. Once I told her, she sent me a copy and paste response of breeds they don’t accept which looks like it’s from a lease document - which didn’t have offensive wording.
