Some Customer Service would be nice. I was robbed of two shotguns in Sierra Vista. Ask for a Written quote with letter head or quote with their logo or name on it to replace what was stolen. Was told they can't do it! When one of the older salesman tried to assist me still gave me the wrong gun. Still not on any paper showing the name of the company! I'll never spend another dollar in their store!

I remember coming here with my dad in the 70's and still an amazing store. Friendly and extremely knowledgable staff, great selection and almost a Tucson landmark in my eyes.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not afraid to tell you something might be cheaper online. They carry a massive selection of firearms and accessories though and even have some things considered exotic. I bought from them today and will buy from them again soon. No fudds or tactical know-it-alls here. Just good people.
All new firearms purchased from them comes with a lifetime warranty.Also their staff is professional and actually asks if you need help unlike other local gun stores.
