I asked about getting service back on after the hurricane, they tell me 7.5 million people lost power (8.5 is the state) it will take days to get it back on. Yet 1.5 out of the 4.6 million got power back that morning.
I WANT MY POWER ON! It's been off. I'm hot and about to fail my class. ���

It would be great if you guys updated us on the power status from Hurricane IRMA This facebook is never used and you are not answering the phone :-(
We just got off the phone with a customer service rep and they are telling us our neighborhood has power unfortunately we do not due to the hurricane Irma. So they said they are not sending anyone to eagle ridge in Clermont Florida. We have a infant in the house and an elderly man who needs his medical equipment. Please set this straight and send us help
