Dr. Vandersande is far and above the most knowledgeable veterinarian I've ever met. As a feline rescuer and caregiver, I met Dr. Vandersande years ago when she was an awesome feline practitioner, was struck by her genuine compassion and skill with feral cats, and I knew immediately we'd found our family vet! So grateful to find the BEST feline care in the Southland, we've followed her literally from the ocean to the mountains :) Congratulations, Dr. Vandersande, for opening Copper Hill AC ~ you're the BEST!
RecommendedI really feel good about this review because it is so good to feel great about spending money on my pet. Dr Vandersande operated on my pet rat Chantal and she is doing amazing. I love the care and aftercare the staff gave my baby. She had an extensive mass in a hard to reach area but it was removed and stitched up better than I have ever seen on such a small animal. I love this place and highly recommend them. Price was very good for the service and quality items used to do the surgery and bandaging afterwards.
It's hard to find a consistently good vet especially when there is so much movement in the industry. I have been coming to CHAC for years, even before when they were under different ownership, and they're better now then they 've ever been. The new location is superb and has better parking and more room then the prior location. Saxon and I love the staff. Special props to Sarah who has been taking care of Saxon my working GSD lately, she's truly an angel and we love her!
Took my guinea pigs there and I was very pleased with their service. If you’re in Santa Clarita area and are guinea pig owners, don’t hesitate to bring them here for a checkup, they’ll be taken cared of very well ♥️ Thank you to Dr. Vanessa of Copper Hill Animal Clinic in Santa Clarita, CA! Drs Vanessa and Clark are wonderful! So caring and thorough. I have a LARGE herd, and my daughter insisted we transfer all our animals there after how sensitive Dr Vanessa was with her dying rat, Bobby. I can’t recommend them enough!
