Potential customers of Secluded Land, PLEASE read and check twice any surveys or covenants from Secluded Land properties that are given to you. They readjusted our property lines after the sale in order to sell the adjacent property. They admitted the property line documentation was changed but everything else would be the same. WE TRUSTED THEM. It ended up the property lines took away some river frontage the adjacent lot needed. Absolutely horrible company. All they do is exploit land. Buy large parcels for cheap / $1900 an acre and 1 yr later irresponsibly way over subdivide and sell lots for $8700/acre. Subdivisions where near virgin forest, wetlands have pervaded for eons. Deceitful and take advantage buyers. Destructive to the environment in sensitive areas. Buyers do your own research and property searches. You will do much better for your money.

As you can see from their response, they claim not to have the legal sales documents (we do) but they didn't mention wanting to make it right. See photos.
