I have lived at the E Franklin building for quite some time because it’s very affordable, and the property management staff is always quick to respond to my concerns. The only issue is building security. On a couple of occasions, there have been problems with packages being tampered with. While the management staff is sympathetic, they need to update the entry doors.
Absolutely amazing owner. She is so helpful and kind. They always take care of our maintenance request in a timely manner and provide great customer service.
Do not rent from this property. I have absolutely had the worst experience trying to move out of this property. Can not seem to get a hold of anyone to the point they stopped answering. Nothing has been updated and of course when they need something they are on you, but when the tenant needs something they go ghost. Maintenace always takes forever and they are not prorating rent for move out something I have never had an issue with. Horrible service.

I have enjoyed living here for a total of 3 years. First the property management was with Dodson then with Evernest. Things are relatively great with the apartments themselves. Minus a few noise issues with neighbors past the noise curfew. The only current issue is the property maintenance. Especially the buildings security and with the trash outside being allowed to build up continually. The property has been feeling a bit junky lately.
