Marcos and SEC have been our go to engineer for many years. They are easy to work with and are very understanding of the types of details we like to see in our projects. As well, Marcos is just a good human! Highly recommend.
I have 6 house structural plans from SEC Solutions. SEC now also does their own Geotechnical soil drilling/sampling and reporting for their foundation planning, as well as going from design plans to details of the construction. SEC's assistance with City of Austin inspections, help in remediation of construction issues, and deep funds of knowledge about how to build houses correctly, have made my efforts as a small developer successful. GIVING CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE. Our company is very pleased with the services that SEC Engineering has provided us from beginning to completion on over 30 real estate projects. From the design phase to on site construction consultations and inspection visits, SEC Engineering was always there to support with true professionalism and expertise.
Run. Quickly. Away. This company is not only incompetent but will frustrate you and cost you more money. Robert is a very congenial guy who comes to your house, does a whole lot of nothing, and then you get a bill.....DO NOT GO WITH THEM!!!!
