Inspector was nice and answered questions but decided to end his check of the oven at ~200 degrees. Fast forward to cooking my first meal for guests and the oven just won’t go above ~300 degrees and the stove top not working well. If you’re not interested in $1,000+ mistakes would look somewhere else.
