I highly recommend SEC Inspections to anyone needing a thorough inspection. My Inspector Jonathan went above and beyond helping sort out what repairs had and hadn’t been done on a very complicated house, that flooded last year.. I had the pleasure of having an inspection with Casey Pryor and I echo the review below me. He is right on it. He's a very smart guy. He did such a detailed inspection for me because I live out of state and I wasn't able to be there for it so he made sure that he got everything that was needed for me to have a excellent view of the home.
