Dr. Joseph cares about his patients. He does gaslight you with lies just to get out of his office. He is transparent ant tells you the truth. He has a good spirit and you can trust him. Something we all should expect from physicians that are over our health. The Medical Assistants staff are chef’s kiss. The customer service and advocation for their patients is beyond extraordinary. I highly recommend this clinic.
I’ve always had an interesting interaction coming here. The receptionist / front desk, are not welcoming & depending who you get, you either will experience rudeness and no matter what, you will always face their uncertainty on how to find/process your insurance. I came to get a shot and they told me it would be $300 and that my insurance, doesn’t cover it??? it does. I drove over an hour for my PC appointment just to be told that I would have to pay that absurd price for 1 dose of a shot & they said my insurance doesn’t cov... read more
