You know how you feel when you go to the beach and breathe the salt air somehow you feel better. Well inhaling the salt at the salt room made me feel better and it opened up my lungs so I was breathing easier! Wonderful experience!
Atmosphere is relaxing and healing. Breathing better. Sleeping better.
I absolutely loved being here! I was getting over a flu & still had upper respiratory issues. I only had a half hour treatment, but woke up the next morning with no symptoms. I think it really kicked it out of my system! Can't wait to come back! Thanks, Terri!
