Whether I've been the patient or have been with someone else who has needed Emergency Room treatment, there has never been any waiting time. They are, afterall, "Home of the 15 Minute Emergency Room Guarantee." Thankfully, I've never been an inpatient at this hospital.
This is the Hospital to Choose if You Need Emergency Care Highlands Regional Medical Center is the "home of the 15 minute emergency room guarantee." While they may not have you in, treated and out in 15 minutes, they will have you triaged within 15 minutes.
