Office manager shows 0 empathy to emergency maintenance requests. Never move here. They will take your money yet don't fulfill their end of the contract. Maintenance guys are unprofessional. My 2 kids and I are currently burning up in a 90 degree unit because management is refusing to replace the unit. She hung up in my face after telling me do I want it fixed or not. Very rude and unprofessional. I am currently filing complaint with TDHCA.

I moved in here March of this year and the day that I checked the apartment I noticed No hot water in the kitchen and roaches were having group meetings everywhere,I reported it and I also done the checklist.I noticed nothing about hot water in the kitchen was ever mentioned so I started reaching out to the leasing office about it and the 2 same lazy maintenance men came out 3 or 4 times,but after the first time they came out they went back to the leasing office and lied and said it was because I have a portable washer and I... read more

Ese lugar es una porquería por más aseo que tenga una siempre está la plaga de cucarachas cobran fumigacion pero no llegan los apartamentos por dentro se están cayendo a pedazos no se les ocurra ir y la señora de la oficina es el diablo en persona ah pero cuando uno anda buscando apartamento parece un ángel cuando le habla a uno pero ya cuando uno hace contrato y todo ella es otra cosa lo trata mal y con repugnancia a uno

After paying rent on time we are showering in cold water for days. This seems too 3rd world !! whenever it's their time to deliver on their end of a lease contract it's difficult to get anything done in a timely professional manner. I'm reporting to tdhca.
