Not great to work with. Had issues with the inspection, SeBern refused to fix them. Lo and behold, those “non issues” have resulted in larger repairs down the road. Additionally, the paint they used was of the very lowest quality, not primed and has basically all needed to be redone. Their customer service was atrocious.
By far the best builder of custom homes in the state of Illinois!
Excellent home builder to work with! The quality surpasses any other on the market. The owners of the company are easing going and very helpful during the entire process. We couldn’t have had a better experience, and are more than satisfied with our new home.
