Hands down the most professional, compassionate, and comprehensive medical practice i've ever worked with. Both the doctors and their entire supporting staff and 100% client orientated and provide the highest level of care and humanity to their clients and their families. I am deeply grateful to have them in our community as a resource for families like mine who have senior parents or anyone who needs a higher level of care the "marketplace" typically provides. Ended up having to go to urgent care while on vacation with my mother in law, husband, and kids. Everyone there was so sweet and understanding. I’m not from around here, but they made me feel so welcome and heard. I am so very grateful for their kindness and help. This office is all about collecting maximum fees and taking advantage of patients in pain in a small town. I was visiting my mother in Sebastopol and was seen by Dr. Flowers for a possible tendonitis or strain in my left shoulder. I was charged for the office fee and injection. The next day I still could not move my arm and hand only. The doctor wrote in her notes that there was significant improvement which is not true. I needed stitches, and both Dr. Flower and the nurses provided exceptional care, ensuring the process was smooth and efficient.
