The staff at the Guerneville clinic have put me in a terminal health situation. The incompetence of the staff is staggering. I’ve had nurses not know how to do procedures and ask me, the patient, how to do them. Botched blood draws, inappropriate sexual forwardness, rudeness and lack of proper information, etc. But when the doctor did malpractice on me by taking me off a very important medication without listening to my past issues of bad drug interactions and as well without even having my medical records in the clinics pos... read more
I went there once and it was wonderful. Ever since it has been a horrible struggle. Staff is rude and unconcerned with anything but their "protocol" I am exceptionally dissapointed.
Love the Doctors and staff very intelligent, kind, sense of humor, sent to the best specialist when needed. Office is clean, neat, water on the counter , magazine's to brochures for reading..Treated with dignity just a all round great experience.
They pay more attention to their flawed 'Procedures' than they do to patient welfare. Unfortunately, I have yet to do the work it will take to locate a substitute care-giver but I'm working on it. Clearly the staff seem to mean well for the most part. They just bow at the altar of 'by the book' medicine when every case doesn't necessarily fit 'The Book'. They are bound to this ideology like Islamic fundamentalists. Like fundamentalists, they behave as, if the praying doesn't cure the cancer, they're not praying hard enough. ... read more
